These Terms and Conditions apply to all our services provided online, by e-mail or phone.
While using One Perfect Stay website, you acknowledged, have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
All website content, as well as the online booking service, owned and operated by One Perfect Stay, are provided for private noncommercial use only in accordance with the Terms and Regulations listed below.
Scope of Service
One Perfect Stay provides an online platform or marketplace that connects our Guests to Properties and other services described herein. These Services are accessible at www.oneperfectstay.com and on any other websites, through which One Perfect Stay makes the Services available. By visiting our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, whether or not you have confirmed a Reservation through these Services. These Terms shall govern your access to and use of the Site, the Services and all content and are binding legal agreement between you andOne Perfect Stay. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or continue using the Site.
Property - residential, villas or flats, listed on the Site that may be booked for a temporary stay.
Content - text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other materials.
Refundable Security Deposit - Margin payment for confirming your Reservation. Will be refunded after your Check-out. Generally, the amount of Security deposit is 20% of a rental amount.
Guest - a person who has received an email from One Perfect Stay confirming a Reservation of a Property made via the Site.
Landlord - one who has ownership of a Property available on the Site.
Booking - an arrangement between you and the Landlord (of chosen Property) to have that Property reserved for your use at a specific future time with all the services provided along or for an extra cost.
The minimum stay required for most Properties is two nights.
In certain Properties, there may be a limit on the duration of a Guest’s stay. If you wish to arrange a stay of more than six months, please make this clear to the One Perfect Stay agent to confirm whether such a stay is legally permissible.
Upon making a Booking, you are required to inform One Perfect Stay of the number of persons to occupy the Property. Nevertheless, we allowed stays in the Property of persons other than the Guest and previously identified occupants if you have properly informed our staff about that.
At the time of check-in, the Guest and all other individuals occupying the Property are required to provide a copy of a valid identification card or Passport. If you making a booking on a website www.oneperfectstay.com, or any other partner's website you agreed and will follow listed property rules.
You agree to the following procedure for making and confirming Reservations:
1. Upon receiving a Reservation request, One Perfect Stay will hold this booking until verified by the Landlord.
2. If a Reservation request submitted through the Instant Booking option, One Perfect Stay will contact the Guest within 24 hours to confirm the availability of the Property. If the Instant Booking option is not available for the relevant Property, One Perfect Stay will contact the Guest to confirm whether the Property is available on the requested dates at the email address provided after receiving the Owner’s confirmation of availability.
3. To confirm a Reservation, Guest must pay the Refundable Security Deposit within 48 hours after of One Perfect Stay email confirming the availability of the Property for the requested dates and sending payment information to Guest.
4. The Refundable Security Deposit is typically 20% of the total rent, depending on the location of the Property. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment through PayPal or bank transfers are also available.
5. If Refundable Security Deposit is not received in the period mentioned, One Perfect Stay can open your reservation date and cancel your booking. Once receipt of the Refundable Security Deposit confirmed, One Perfect Stay will send a confirmation e-mail to the Guest.
Administration and Additional Fees
In some destinations, you will be charged a Service Fee, which is payable in conjunction with the Initial Security Deposit. Additional fees may be charged for cleaning services provided more frequently than once per week during your stay. Our Reservations Team will inform you of any fees prior to booking.
Changing еру Reservation Dates and Cancellation
Any desired changes to your Reservation dates are allowed upon availability. Any change to the dates of your Reservation made within less than 30 days prior to check-in will be subject to an additional charge. No additional charge will apply to any change to your Reservation dates made 31 days prior your arrival.
We will refund Security Deposit and all charges in a Force Majeure Situations, which resulted Unavailability of the Property. One Perfect Stay will notify the Guest that made the Reservation and make all commercially reasonable efforts to provide an alternative Property for the requested dates. One Perfect Stay will use commercially reasonable efforts to locate an alternative Property with similar amenities at the same rental price until the problem or defect in the Property is resolved or the rental contract terminates.
If the Guest is unsatisfied with the alternative Property offered because of unavailability, a problem or a defect, he or she may choose to cancel the Reservation and receive full reimbursement of the Initial Security Deposit.
Standard check-in time is 3PM. In order to check-in in other time, Guest needs to inform One Perfect Stay 24 hours prior the arrival. Our Staff will meet the Guest at the booked Property on the date and time scheduled for check-in to deliver the keys, execute the temporary lease agreement, show the Guest the Property and deliver a welcome package containing useful information about the Amenities.
Standard check-in time is 12PM. In order to check-out in other time, Guest needs to inform One Perfect Stay in 24 hours before check-out. The check-out process generally takes approximately 15-30 minutes but is individually.
The Guest must maintain the Property in good and clean condition at all times. The price of some Properties includes a once-a-week cleaning service. If the Guest requires more frequent cleaning service or if cleaning service is not included in the rental price, the cost shall be covered by the Guest. Even if cleaning service is included in the price of the rent, Guests are required to leave the Property in a good and clean condition subject only to normal wear and tear. If the Guest fails to return the Property in a good and clean condition, One Perfect Stay may withhold a cleaning charge from the Security Deposit corresponding to the cost necessary to leave the Property in a good and clean condition.
Only cleaning personnel designated by One Perfect Stay is authorized in the Properties.
Any special request are welcome upon request. Kindly, let us know of special request you may require via email or phone, at the least 7 days, prior to arrival. Additional charges may be held for the Specific requests. One Perfect Stay will inform of the proposed additional charges for your special request in writing for your permission.
Rental rates provided on the Site may be quoted in a different currency than the currency in which you will be charged. Upon your request for a Reservation, One Perfect Stay will determine, in its sole discretion, the currency in which you will be charged based on the location of the Property you are booking and payment method you select. If you are charged in a currency other than that in which the rental price was quoted, the price will be calculated based on the most recent applicable foreign exchange rate according to your financial institution as of the date and time that your Reservation is confirmed.
Problems and Appeals
Although we rarely encounter problems with the Properties, on occasion, issues do arise. Should a problem occur, please contact our office immediately.
